Named in honor of the first people to cultivate cacao, the Olmec features dark chocolate ganache with ancho, morita, guallio, and pasillio chilies. It is taken to another level with black pepper, cinnamon, and Tahitian vanilla. Adorned with 23 carat edible gold leaf, the Olmec was the first truffle we created.
