A small beautiful island off the coast of Thailand with white sand beaches and swaying palm trees inspired us to create this bold truffle. We combine mulchi curry, algarroba (mesquite), and red alaea sea salt in a dark chocolate ganache. Topped with a heavy dusting of sweet ripe mango powder.
